All the Blue-Eyed Angels (Erin Solomon Pentalogy, #1)
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Summary
On a remote island in Maine, a young Erin Solomon watched as the Payson Church went up in flames, killing thirty-four members. Police ruled the fire a mass suicide. Twenty years later, Erin receives evidence that the fire may not have been a mass suicide, but rather mass murder. Now an investigative reporter, Erin delves into a childhood she would like to forget and a family’s conspiracy to keep long lost secrets buried. She will stop at nothing to uncover the truth, even if it costs her everything.

Thoughts
I am a big fan of serials. This is the first book in the Erin Solomon series and it did not disappoint. The author did a wonderful job developing her characters. Even minor characters played important roles within the plot that ultimately pulled you in and made you part of their world.

The twists and turns concerning the cult-like Payson Church and Erin’s family will keep reading way past your bedtime. This is a fascinating story, a great mystery, and definitely a page turner. You’ll be running to get the next installment.
