I don't know what's up with me, but I'm driving not only DH, but myself crazy. LOL I am fine one minute and then can turn on that mean switch in an instant. I really need a vacation. Thankfully, I have a five day break coming up next week.

However, in light of the season I've decided to forgo my whining and share some good news. We all like good news, right? I had my first weigh-in yesterday, and after 4 days of being on the program I've lost 4.4 pounds. WOO HOO! I'm pretty sure Boot Camp has helped because all in all I haven't changed my diet too much. I mainly just watch portions and don't go back for seconds. So, on this 16th day of November I am thankful for a good first week on Weight Watchers. It is the little things, after all! ;)
